Default Need brake help ASAP!

So I'm pretty much stranded and screwed right now... My 96 Buick Roadmaster w/ the LT1 has been suffering from mushy brakes. It's gotten so bad that I have to pump the brakes 2-3 full times to be able to come to a stop while driving. I've got brand new rotors/pads on stock calipers that appeared to be functioning well.

I got a new master cylinder and installed it. No problems there, only took about 15 minutes. I'm trying to bleed the brakes now, and there is NOTHING going to the rear drum brakes. I have not tried the fronts yet as I was following the farthest-away procedure where you bleed the farthest wheels and work your way up nearest to the MC.

I have tried bleeding them with the car on, off, MC cap on, loose, idk what to do.... what could this be?

Need help asap... i'm stuck outside in the freezing cold

Did you bench bleed your master cylinder before installing it? It can be almost impossible sometimes to get a pedal if you don't.
