how do i remove the boot from the front shock/springs i am getting frustrated and dont want to brake anything. was following ls1 how to and im at the last part i took the nut off the end of the shocks to get the rubber boot thing off and its not coming off... see picture below.

this is annoying doesnt in all the videos everyones boot just pops off should i try un compressing the springs and standing clear??? maybe it will pop off. i am getting so pissed off
