Default Cannot free slide pins on mounting bracket, suggestions?

I can't free the sliding pins on the mounting bracket. I've got one free but I cannot remove the other one. I'm currently soaking in in liquid wrench overnight since I ran out of daylight today. Any other suggestions?

And in the event that that fails, where can I get new (or even fuctional used) mounting brackets? I don't need the caliper, just the bracket. Stock calipers on the car now.

you can get the brackets from any parts store. they will most likely have to order them so dont expect them right away.

I just went through this. Did a conversion on my LT and had one of the slides froze up. I heated it up to get it out, then cleaned both the slide and the pocket it goes in, greased it up and it works perfect. Just do not forget to take the rubber cover off if you do it this way. It will melt.

Try twisting the pin left and/or right to see if you can free them up. They will get flat-spotted, misshapen, and lock up if they get turned in the hole, sometimes.

Use heat. But be care full, heat then pull on and twist with vice grips.
the pin will pop can come out with alittle pressure. and hot grease stuff can burn your skin and eyes!!! so ware glasses.

I couldn't get mine out. I ended up breaking the pin with heat. I got another caliper from a salvage yard and put in new pins from Autozone.
