im running a rod/rod on car adjustable bar. it does transfer more road noise then a polly/rod. but love it! Get adjustable it will help with centering your axle.

I just installed a Founders on car adjustable poly/poly PHB today. Great quality at a great price. $100 to my door.

A UMI rod/poly adjustable here. After lowering the car I was able to center the rear axle perfiectly
