Default can I still use this rotor?

Ordered them from Ebay, didnt pay much. Its on the inside so im not so concerned if I can still use it.....

Your fine. The pad will not contact the rotor in that area.

I wouldn't use it. Can't comment on if it's good or bad as far as structural integrity.. but the pad comes pretty close to the edge of rotors. Another reason is if I order rotors, I expect to not get them chipped.

X2, go over it with a file or rattail to knock down any sharp edges where cracks could potentially start. Otherwise, good to go
