Default Is this Bad?

So i purchase some lightly used Bilstein Shocks for my trans am.

I noticed that one of the blue "bags" over the shock is punchured and has a small hole in it.

is this bad? or what? this is the best pic i have. its the far left shock. you can somewhat see the indention

Hard to tell from the picture, but all the blue sleeve is for is to keep dust/dirt out of the piston. if its just a hole, it wont have any effect on shock performance, as long as the valving inside the shocks are still good.

I don't think it'll hurt it, like said above its just dust covers. But "Hey if you can't duck it, then **** it!" grab some tape she'll be fine
