Pretty much. Im sure one of the many sponsors carry them in black... called the hyperflex kit. Include front and rear control arm bushings. Torque arm mount and panhard rod bushings and all the sway bar stuff.

Do yourself, your wallet and your back a favor and use rubber on the suspension components that need to articulate (like control arms).
Swaybar D bushings and endlinks are fine with poly, pretty much everything else will be a bind happy nightmare causing a rough ride, unpredictable and skiddish handling, and potentially breaking parts (could bind so much the next weakest link gives out). If you really don't want rubber look into rod ended or roto-joint ended bushings.
If you are looking for improved handling, ride and response then get some good shocks/springs/swaybars, new parts for new parts NOTHING will make a bigger difference suspension-wise (assuming you get the correct quality parts, and everything else is in normal working order).

^ That about sums it up.

It's amazing the power that marketing has on public opinion. It makes no sense at all to replace all your bushings with polyurethane ones, and very few F-body owners need rod ended suspension. But if you take the marketing seriously, it gives you the impression that just driving to the grocery store is downright DANGEROUS with stock 'weak' control arms!!
