Default Caliper Bracket Bolts Stripped HELP!!

ok today i went out to change my brakes on the front and when i went to remove the smaller 2 bolts that hold the caliper onto the caliper bracket, (the 2 smaller ones you remove so you dont have to take the whole caliper off the rotor to change the brake pads) but the bolts just kept turning away without coming out so im guessing they are stripped. how in the hell do i get these out. ive bought a new caliper braket to put on but i cant get the old one off. also i dont know where to find the caliper braket bolts to replace the stripped ones, the autoparts store around my house looked at me like i was stuiped. Any help at all would be very much appreciated.

You may have to get them from a dealer.

This happened to my Jeep a few years back (caliper FELL OFF while I was driving!!). What I did was pick up a heli-coil kit, and got the bolts from the dealer. I've had those calipers on and off prob half a dozen times at least since then, and no problems with the heli-coil.

If your bolts are in fact stripped, can't you just grab them with pliers or vice grips and just pull them out?

What FirstYrLS1Z said.

Also, the part store sells guide pin kits cheaply (includes pins, bolts, seals).

Because item six floats to compensate for pad wear.

I bought a set of replacement pins at O'Reilly's Auto Parts, and it came with replacement bolts (#2 in that diagram above).
