Default **UPDATE** Coil Spring Spacers........picture. They look pretty nice.

Got these in, gonna put them in this week. I'll take pictures of them installed and post them here when their in.

SPC Performance...#1627

They have a few different lift height spacers. I need a full inch.

These things fit like a glove...PERFECT. Like a factory piece.

I highly recommend them.

((((If anyone needs these 1" spacers, I'll sell these to you cheaper than new pricing......I need to order the 3/4" spacers. These are a tad too tall for me.))))

Yes, back in 2002 when I put the G2 Super Springs in, it dropped my rear-end almost 2 inches. Way too much. But the springs are badass.

So I needed to lift them a bit.

I couldn't have anyone in my rear seats or my tires would rub on every normal bump in the road. I raised them about 1/2" with the poly rings. But it still rubbed on bigger bumps with people back there.

This 1" lift will assure I won't rub at all anymore....but I think they're 1/4" too high. No biggie, but I'll probably get the 3/4" spacers and put them in next time my car is in the air for something.

you still have the big spring isolators at the top ?

if so you might be able to do the " heater hose mod" to get it just right ,,,

The isolators are in there. Can they be removed?

What keeps the springs in their proper position without them there?

Just did the heater hose mod on my car .. the spring isolators just keep the springs from making noise ..

Hmmm. I was thinking of maybe just buying a 3/4" spacer for the left side. Quick swap and then I don;'t have to worry about the heater hose deteriorating over time.
And 1/4" is exactly what I need to drop the left side.

Yea, I'd just rather have the factory hard rubber isolator up there though, then metal spacer on the bottom.

do you have a part number for the 3/4" spacers?
i only see the 1" spacers at summit.

also, what about these?

I know this is a somewhat old thread - you've had the isolators on for a good amount of time now. How do you feel about them? Still think they were worth it? I need to get something to counteract the Spohn torque arm crossmember for longtube exhaust... can't even get out of my garage without scraping and chipping the concrete.

It's one of those parts that are simply perfection.....they couldn't do a better job at lifting the car. There's absolutely no way they will ever move.......make sure you zip tie the spring down like I did in case you hit a big bump......extra insurance that the spring will stay planted to the spacer and the spacer mount.
