Help me set up my Formula for the Nurburgring. Long story.

What a cool story. I was stationed over there for a few years myself (2005-2007 and back again 2009-2012) about 40 min from the Ring. I had my 02' Z28 with me both times, and went as many times as I could (wish I would have went more) and never had the ***** to go as hard as you did. My first time ever at the track we saw 2 or 3 crashes and some guy died on a motorcycle right before we left. So for you to go that hard is very respectable/crazy.
I wish people over here loved motorsports as much as they do over in Europe. There is no way we could ever do something like that here without somebody suing and causing it all to end. Heck you pay around $20 a lap, no helmet, no tech...just awesome. I only used the gopro a few times and have a few laps recorded and I was around the 10min mark. For you improved your time down to 8 min is such a feat. There is never a day on that track that will be the same as your last. That track changes so much day to day and even hour to hour.
I knew the minute I got to Germany that the 4th gen had all the power to have a great driving experience. I started doing all suspension mods and left the motor completely stock until I got back to the states. Everyday driving there is so much more intense. Where I was at I only saw a cop like once every few weeks and never had a issue with speeding. They just turn you loose on roads that you should realistically only do 25mph on and they say speed limit in 60MPH have fun lol or hop on the autobahn and go as fast as you feel safe. I loved it!

Just finding these videos, awesome and entertaining. I'm still running an 02 Camaro in the northeast. Getting camber in the car made a world of difference - 3.2 degrees. I just put 3.73's in. Wow, that woke up the car! Can't wait to take it out.
