Default what brake combo?

It's time for new brakes on my 00 Z28 and I was wondering what some of the setups you have. This is my DD and I do some light to light action but I don't drive it too much because I got laid off. Right now there's some drilled Rotors Infront and blanks in rear from prev. owner. Blanks should be fine enough for me. I was thinking of some stoptech pads because I hear hawks dust alot. Any suggestions? Thx in advance

Ya i rather spend more on pads/calipers rather than rotors. Especially Infront since they control most of the stopping power.

I've been seeing good things about brakemotive and at a decnt price.il prob get their pads/rotors. Now jus need to decide if I should get slotted, drilled, blank rotors. The slotted and srilled are plated. Anyone else run their products

Id go with slotted. There's a few reasons why drilled aren't needed or even better than slotted rotors. I wouldnt be scared to run drilled rotors on the street or even for spirited driving. With that said I just order drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads from Power Stop, reason being was that's the only way the kit came and price/reviews sold me. Good luck with your choice.
