Angry Tire Tracking!

Here are my suspension mods to date.

Koni SA Shocks
BMR lowering springs
UMI Tunnel Mounted Torque Arm
UMI Sway Bars
UMI 3 Point Subframe Connectors
UMI Lower Control Arms
UMI LCA Brackets
UMI Shock Tower Brace
Fays2 Watts Link (I dont have my watts link installed yet)

I've just moved to washington...seattle tacoma area. The roads up here are horrible, and the rutts in the road makes the tire tracking insane...almost scary at times. Driving down the street it sometimes feels like I'm riding on cobblestone. What can I do to make my ride more streetable, besides going back to georgia? Once I'm settled I'll start softening my suspension and see if I can find a sweet spot between comfort and handling. I'm curious to know if getting the watts link in will help also? I've had my alignment done since I got here. Any suggestions or changes you think I need to make to my setup will be greatly appreciated. Also my wheels and tires are 17x9.5-275-40/17 front, and 18x10.5-315-30/18 rear. The tire tracking is really crazy, at 60mph I can take my hands off the wheels and the car will go from side to side staying in the lane. It'll hit the high spot on the edge then fall back into the groove and hit the other high side fall back in and repeat. Thanks

Going down in size from the 275's and 315's would make the biggest difference.

Also lowering the air pressure slightly will help.

yeah I lowered the tire pressure a little and it did help. Was told that a softer tire compound and softer suspension will help...but will cost in the handling as well.

The rear tires are irrelevant, it's the fronts that are connected to the steering wheel. My car tramlined REALLY bad when it needed an alignment and I had a couple old BFGs on the front. After a fresh alignment and new Nitto NT555s on the front, no more tramlining. Both the BFGs and Nittos were 275/40R17s. What tires do you have up front?

I'm running Kumo 275/40 17's up front. I just had my alignment checked in January and they said it was perfect.

You can get away with a 245/45 in front - should help tremendously
