Default Bleeding brakes help!!

Me and my buddy decided to paint my calipers on my 02 Z28. We disconnected the brake line from the caliper without realizing this would trap air in the line. We only did the front two brakes. We have been trying to bleed them for hours now with no luck. Someone tell us exactly what to do and what we are doing wrong PLEASE. thank you!

Did the master cylinder run dry? If not, you should be able to bleed like normal. Passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, then driver front.

If you have been trying for hours with no progress, I would think that you have air trapped in the ABS unit. I had my tuner bleed the brakes while I was there because they could open up all the ABS lines while the car wasnt moving.

Make sure the bleeder screws are pointed up and not down. Make sure that you didn't put them back on the wrong side

I let my master run dry and the car stops better than ever after getting all that old fluid out of the system.

Granted I do not have traction control, I had to use a vacuum gun on the right rear caliper for a while to pull all of the air out but I haven't had issues

You will likely need to open the bleeders on the abs unit.
