Default Quick Torque arm install question

I recently took my torque arm off when I pulled my motor and was wondering if it has to be torqued back down. If so to how many ft lbs. thanks.

I dont know the torque spec and this may not help at all but one thing I would do to make sure everything stays where it should is to put the bolts for the torque arm in from the top of the rear. The reason I say this is because when I swapped to the UMI torque arm I put the bolts in through the bottom and one day I was driving and heard a TING kind of noise under the car. I put it on the lift and one of the bolts fell out of the torque arm. This scared me so I would suggest to put them in from the top so that even if the nuts fall off the bolt will stay in the housing. Maybe it was a freak thing but just a suggestion..

Are you asking about the long bolts through the diff housing?

90 ft-lbs with light lube on the threads is a good starting point. Re-check after a few hundred miles or an evening or two of drag racing.

Thanks a lot Ramey. Would you be able to pm me a price on a tubular torque arm? Not sure if I need an adj or non adj.
