Default Rough ride needs some help

Hey guys so about 4 months ago my buddy and I installed koni 4/3 on my car with BMR 1.25 srings I love the look and the front set at 4 full sweeps from full softness. But the back is literally jarring sometimes i have it set to full softness. I'm on 17x9.5 wheel with 275 40 17 nitto555 tires. I also have an adjustable BMR pan hard rod. But I have stock Lower control arms. Things I'm thinking it could be since I'm not an expert on suspension at all.

Possibilities: rear shocks set too soft? I doubt it. The stock z28 lower control arms? Or that the third gens are just to strong on the back?

Any input would be great thanks guys!

I had squeaking coming from my LCA bushings as well, replaced them with new Moogs and the noise went away, but I noticed no difference in ride. What psi do you have the tires at?

noticed my tire pressure was around 41 in the rears i took the car to fire stone about a month ago to have a new tire put on. I did this after a attacked my wheel...dont worry rim is untouched... woman ran a stop sign it was either curb or mini van i chose the curb lol. any way i guess the shop decided to adjust the psi in all my tires. i just put them down too 35 on my lunch break. def going to look into the lower control arm bushings and the sway bar end links.

Could you provide a better description than "jarring" and "rough?" What does the car do, and when do you feel it? At those settings you shouldn't have any rough ride characteristics in terms of it being too stiff. Let me know, thanks.

Bring the rears down to 30psi cold (as in let the car sit over night, then in the morning let air out to get to 30spi) and report back to us.

Holy **** 41 psi, what are these shops thinking? Not only is it gonna ride like a covered wagon but the centers of the tires are gonna wear out in no time. Maybe they want your tires to wear out prematurely, more money for them.

Like JD said, try 30. 35 is still too high.

I typically set tires to 35 hot (~32 cold). 35 cold is too much pressure IMO for a street tire.
