Can someone tell me what upgrading the PHB accomplishes? and is the non-adjustable worth getting or do you need adjustable to make any difference?

Just get the adjustable. Later down the road you never know so spend the extra doh while you can. We just installed my founders phb yesterday. Excellent product. But yea you need to grease them yourself.

But if your car is a DD, get the ones with zerk fittings.

The panhard centers the rear axle, if you plan on adjusting the ride height you should get an adjustable.

The aftermarket panhard bar deflects less in hard cornering. By design and with the better ends, rather it be poly, solid or roto.

Zerk fittings are the things you put your grease gun on to grease a ball joint/tie rod end/etc.
