Default Bilstein and SLP question

I am looking into replacing my struts with Bilstein HD. I have my rears ordered I am just waiting to get more cash for the fronts. My question is, are Eibach Springs the same as SLP springs? I been reading that Bilstein HD are valved the same as SLP Bilstein's, is that true? Also would Bilstein HD feel more comfortable than the original DeCarbons? I hear they are but I am not a racer since this is my only car it is a daily driver. Opinions and information please lol I just am confused....especially since my struts went bad from one day to another I just want these crappy things off....
