big difference between F and R QA1 front shocks?
im more looking toward the drag racing part of it, the car is a little bit on the road but not muck. which is better and whats the difference

We usually spec R series for cars unloading fully or getting air. We usually specify single adjustable standard series for street cars as the heavy compression is just too much for comfortable street use.

"Not on the street much" makes me feel better when specifying R series shocks to a customer. Really, the R's on the street are harsh. But they are great for when the nose drops.
A converter car vs manual car doesn't make much difference when the front lands. Really it matters most whether you can drop the nose gently or not. Standards handle gentle drops OK but if you really plan on skying the nose and being able to land it cleanly, R's are what you want. Just know they don't feel comfy on the street.
