All subframe connectors are supposed to be installed with the suspension loaded, so wheels on ground or jacked up by suspension points.

We recommend final welding or bolt tightening be done with the car as its going to be driven.

Yup. As long as the car is on its tires or is jacked up under the suspension (so the suspension is loaded). Just loosen the paddles and the tunnel brace points, rock the car a bit, then retighten.

I did mine on a trailer since my lift has 4 arms and took out the inner boards so the wheels where on 2 boards each and had more room.thats a thought if you have one.
