Bmr steering shaft won't fit in the colum I bought a manual steering rack for a stock k member 99 trans am the supplied steering shaft won't fit in the colum has any one else had this problem

Or am I missing something I pulled stock steering shaft off like they said and they say the new one slides in to colum the suplied one is to big to slide in

Okay I figured it out thier was a mettle clip in side mad hole smaller pulled it out now fits I couldn't see we're the mettle sepirated looked like one piece
