Default Wheel Hop

I just put an 8.8 in with 4.10 gears and took it to the track on Thursday. I have never had wheel hop, but now I do. I tried all different combinations of tire pressures on the Nitto's from 20 down to 16 and several different launch RPM's. I still have stock LCA's and no SFC's. What is the solution to control the wheel hop? The 4.10's cut .15 off the 1/8 mile times. Anyone who has solutions, I will appreciate the response

You answered your own question. Stock LCA's are your problem.

BTW, the SEARCH function is a wonderful tool.

A torque arm will help a lot too.

I have no wheel hop but then again, I cut 1.3x 60ft's also..Its all in the suspension, if its not properly installed right and tuned, then you will get wheel hop...

Double adjustables are the way to go!!!
