Default adjustable E-brake

Is the E-brake on a 98-00 F-body adjustable or self adjusting? My e-brake doesn't seem to hold my car as well as it used to, my 99 SS that is.

I posted in 01 Red WS6's thread. They are adjustable. Over time the pads wear down and you might be trying to clamp metal to metal, which doesnt work at all. Check out your parking brakes, they could also probably use a good cleaning with brake cleaner.
