Default Welding my mini tubs, question.

After I have tack welded my mini tubs in place, I have been told not to weld the entire seam, because this method allows some flexability which is needed. So how often do I tack weld? Every inch, six inches etc? And, after all the tack welding is done what kind of caulk, or sealer should be used along the seam?

I welded mine 100% No reason not to. The factory tubs I took out were 100%.

I used the premium seam sealer available at Napa. Works great.
