I have BMR poly/rubber and they work fine, a friend has BMR poly/poly and he's happy with his set up as well. Either way would be better then your stock LCA's. JMO

Just go ahead and get poly/poly... I got poly/rubber and they work great. My original thinking was that I wanted to make sure the ride wasn't all too harsh... but since then I've added poly bushings/endlinks everywhere that I could, so my ride is pretty harsh now anyhow. Looking back I should have just gotten poly/poly...

Poly/rubber will be quiter. It's what I went with originally when I only planned on occassional trips to the track and everyday driving. Don't plan on carving some corners with these though.
