Question Rear Disc brakes E-Brake adjustment

i really need help on how to adjust my ebrake on my camaro :-/
ive been trying to research it and still nothing, either that or im looking in the wrong places..
i have discs in the back btw just like the title states. ive heard taking off the rotor and behind is a star adjuster or something around that style.. is that correct? how do i adjust it? and do i need to adjust from the inside too..

The procedure is good - in theory, but sometimes the mechanism gets so gummed up with dirt that you can't move the adjuster without taking the brake apart, cleaning everything, and re-lubing the adjuster. As long as you can move the adjuster, everything will be smooth - its just a PITA to take the brake calipers of and keep removing the rotor to do the adjustments.
