BMR + SLP Bilstein.. Front height uneven?
Hi i just installed BMR lowering springs and SLP Bilstein and the drivers side front height is noticeably higher than the passenger. Waht could be the cause of this?

Get a measurement from the ground to the fender measuring through the center of the wheel and let us know what it is. Also was there any other parts installed at the same time as these parts?

The springs can only go one way and from the pictures it looks like everything is installed properly. Make sure the spring are set up on the strut mounts properly.

Are the swaybar endlinks adjusted the same on both sides? Also if the caster and camber alignment setting vary enough from the passenger to driver side that can change the ride height. I'd also have a friend help to see how much lower the driverside sits with the driver in the car.

ok so i finally got around to evening out the ride, turned out that the passenger side strut mount was broken. The metal piece where the shock goes through was loose so i replace the mount and both sides now measure 26 1/4.

Hi Kyle,
Can you tell me how much of a ride height difference being way off on caster/camber would make? I just finished replacing every front end component except for the original SLP springs and roll bar - new upper and lower control arms, shocks, shock mounts, isolators, all ball joints, tie rod ends (inner and outer), roll bar end links and wheel bearings. I also replaced rear shocks, and lower control arms and end links. The springs are properly clocked.
The driver side is sitting 1 3/8" higher than the passenger. Since the alignment is who knows what, should I bother trying to play with it a little or just take it to get it aligned? Or does this much of height difference indicate a problem with the install and I need to take it all apart again https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif
The only thing that I can think of is that when I was installed the driver's side shock assembly to the lower control arm, I had to twist the assembly counter clockwise slightly (by hand) in order to get the shock holes to line up. Do you think this would cause the shock to bind?
