Default bump stops hitting rims and tires..and saggy springs

They are hitting pretty bad, anyway to move the stop so it wont hit? Tried smashing it in with a BFH it still hits when i raise the car up. I have all stock springs and the car seems to sit like it is lowered.... is there some type of spring with same coil rate but longer? Put on my rumbler TPS last night and its about 1" off the ground ttttt i messed with adjusting the pipes around for over 3 hours just to get it to not drag. thanks for help

You sure they are stock springs? Are they cut, running them without isolators?
