need new rotors and brake pads For pretty cheap, I see all the cross drilled and slotted ones on Ebay but dont know if they even work well, I want something that looks good but doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

Tons of them carry some good looking rotors. Pick out the ones you like.
Remember though, crossdrilled and slotted rotors don't generally last as long as a rotor without the fancy stuff. And all the hype you hear about those fancy rotors helping you stop better...it's BS.
