Thanks for choosing UMI.

Did the factory trans mount fit and the poly doesn't?

Did you leave everything loose until all the fasteners were in and then tighten?

Thx

The factory mounts have the mounting stud off set while the poly mounts place the stud in the center. This slight difference in stud location occasionally causes an issue. Make sure all four bolts that mount the crossmember to the car are loose and see if it lines up better that way.

Hope that helps,
Ryan

I left all of the bolts loose on the mount and cross member.
I will mess with it more in the morning.
As it is now it only lines up with the first hole.

I also need the little aluminum spacer for the torque arm bushing.

If I cannot make this mount line up without too much modification any suggestions?

You will want to use the middle hole, it sounds like your transmission is just shifted to the side slightly. You will need to pull it over while installing the bolt.

Hope that helps,
Ryan

Nothing a big bar wedged between the tunnel can't move.
