Default Stuck nut on coil over bolts

Hi guys, I had no idea this would be such a problem but I cant find a way to get 1 bolt out of my front coil over to pull them out. The problem is the top 4, 2 are nuts the other 2 are bolts going into a half rubber half metal circular nut. Well both are rusted tight, I got vise grips on the outer one and it came right out. The back one I can barely touch with my fingers let alone hold it tight with anything. Didn't know if anyone else ran into this or has any tricks to get it off.

Yea I grinded the bolt head off and it fell right out. Ill just get new bolts and nuts. I could see why you would replace it though. Mine could prob stand to be replaced too.
