Did I screw up brake install?

Did I screw up brake install? Yesturday I installed new front Autozone rotors and HPS pads.When I went to put my wheels back on I noticed that two of the pads had what looks like little metal loops at the top and two didn't. Well in my haste to finish I had put the two with loops on one side and two without on the other. I didn't have time to correct this had to leave. I bedded the pads and rotors like the instructions said they seem to work perfectly no squeels no pulsing and awesome stopping power. Should I reinstall the pads or will things be ok as they are.
