Default Wheel Alignment specs

Years ago I lowered my '96 Camaro 1.5" with Eibach springs, I pretty much upgraded the whole suspension and then had the car aligned. I know the mechanic that did my alignment had a Camaro lowered 2" and had it set to custom specs, which he set my car to. The car handled like it was on rails, the faster I went into a turn the better it handled. Years later I did the LS1 upgrade and swapped K-members, took the car in for an alignment and I could not find the print out of the final specs from the previous alignment. Plus, the original mechanic left. Now the car has factory alignment specs and handles ok, but I know what it is capable of and want it back. Is there anyone out there that has been playing with their alignment and care to share their specs or any info? Any help will be appreciated, Thanks.
