Default QA1 lower strut bushing??

On my RF single adjustable QA1 strut, the bottom bushing keep coming apart. I cant keep one of the snap rings, in the groove, to keep the bushing from working out of the strut body. Does anybody know if that bushing is one piece or two? Anybody else ever have a problem with this? Once the snap ring works off, the one side of the bushing comes out, and it makes a loud rattle/bang, when the vehicle hits a bump. Sounds like crap. Help!

I just pulled mine apart and same thing and my bushings are trashed! You find any info on this? I was thinking about at least welding the one side solid to i eliminate 50% of the problem.

I was able to get two new bushings and new snap rings. Im going to try that and see what happens. I see on their site, they sell a new "T-bar" that seems to have built-in "stops" on it, which is the same things your talking about.
