Looking for help selecting brake pads for Pontiac G8 I have warped front rotors on my G8. Decided to get Centric blanks.
I researched what brake pads to get. There is a lot of conflicting information out there. I could use some help finding the right brake pads.
The G8 pads do not dust much. I would like equal or better pads. However, it could use a bit better brake feel. Also, the brake pad has to work in cool conditions.
Looked at the following pads:
1.) Hawks Ceramic
Seems to do fine regarding dusting. However, folks seem not to like the brake feel
2.) EBC Red stuff
Folks seem to like brake feel and brake performance. However, there seems to be a lot of dusting. Not sure if this is "just" for the first 1000 miles
There are probably others.
