Default Bringing the height back

I'm gonna be taking off my eibach springs soon ride quality is crap. I'm going back to stock. My question is I have welded subframe connectors with the geometry change do I need to break loose the SFC's and re weld them

There is absolutely no reason to re-weld your subframe connectors. Just throw the factory springs back in and you will be good to go.

the reason you want the car loaded on all 4 corners on a level surface when getting SFC's welded in is so that there is no twisting on the frame, which would stay in place once the SFC's are welded in.

the height of the car has very little influence on the twisting of the body at a dead standstill, as long as it's on a level surface to begin with.
