Default Front brake setup on 67 Camaro

Doing a build on a 67 Camaro and wanting to decide between two different brake setups. Not knowledgeable to make an educated decision other than only looking at price.

#1 Cheaper keep stock geometry and although not posted in the ad I think it moves the wheels out 7/16"
#2 Improved geometry and holds stock wheel offset.

No wheels have been bought so I can get them based on whatever setup I go with. Just not sure if the larger rotors will have more stopping power than the maybe better calipers of the Wilwood. But as stated I am not that knowledgeable.

Both are ebay ads and from CPP.
1. Wilwood 11" rotors setup for $485
2. http://www.ebay.com/itm/C5-Corvette-13-Disc-Brake-Kit-A-F-X-Tall-Spindles-/380461774641?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ACamaro&hash=item589549f731
