flex on launch? pleae HELP!

deflection? how do I fix this? did some searches but couldn't find anything with this description:
Under heavy torque (WOT from stop) the drivers side front lifts up and all the weight of the car seems to go to the rear pass. side. I don't know much about suspension/handling mods yet, but I assume I either need subframe connectors or a torque arm. Then again I'm totally guessing - please share your knowledge!!!!
