Default Sway bar bushings...and others...

Installed my new (used) Koni SA/revalved Bilstein shocks this weekend. I've been running on the stockers for 2 years now.

The stock bushings on the sway bar were all very deformed, and a little "crumbly" in spots. How can you tell when they need to be replaced? How much of a difference would stiffer bushings make in daily driving? Autocrossing?

Thanks,
Shane

i pulled my swatbar off for a day at the track and saw how crappy the bsusihngs were so i replaced them with polyurethane ones from oreillys for 20$ and could not believe the difference it made just by changing the bushings.

Likewise here, mine were crumbling and worn flat (at an angle) on the top.
I went with Energy Suspenion's polyurethane kit and it made a noticable difference.

Thanks guys. I'll check into the Energy Suspension kits then.

Thanks again...
