Default Want to lower my car. HELP!!

hey guys i have a 2002 sebring silver z28 with chrome z06 rims 17 x 9.5 all the way around. Please give me some help choosing what lowering kit to use. The only kit I have heard of a lot of people using is the eibach pro kit. Should i go with it? Also, when lowering your car, are new shocks needed as well?
Thanks,
Chad

If your stock shocks aren't rusted, they'll work fine with a Pro-Kit. Thats what I have on my TA.

I have the sportlines on my car but after a month I'm putting stock springs back on my car b/c I can't get my car to hook being lowered. If your not that interested in the 1/4 lower it. I love the look, but can't stand the no hooky!!!!

Man I had no idea that lowering your car made it hook up worse. I have Nitto DR's do you think that would help? Does everyone experience traction issues after a drop?
Thanks again

As long as the drop isn't too severe, it shouldn't be too bad. The Sport-Line kit is almost too low.

Lowering = Less weight transfer = No hook

Also, you are really going to want to use new shocks, and I don't mean OEM replacements.
