It's because we had a big snow and ice storm here in PA, and the power is out many places, phone and internet too.

I'm fine at the shop, and we're open. But I'm only reachable by phone or PM here. My email and website are both down. There are orders there, some might be yours, but I cannot access them until internet is restored at my ISP.

So if you have an order pending, please call 814 849 3450. I'd call you but can't see any details on orders.

Nope, not ignoring.... Just can't see it. Hell there are orders I know are there that I can't get open. It is amazing to me to see how "website dependent" folks have become. I've gotten 2 phone calls telling me (I know) but I've gotten more messages on just one forum.

Mother Nature can be a pain in the ***. Luckily it's just a website and email that's down. There are still some 350,000 folks in PA that don't have power or heat and another storm is due on Saturday. A friend of mine is living in his RV behind his house, because it has a generator!

I know you wouldn't ignore a customer email Sam, you're one of the most thorough people I've dealt with. I'm way down here in New Orleans so I can't relate with the snow storms, but I hope you and your families keep safe and stay warm during this in-climate situation. Sam I'm going to pm you now.

Just updating. Things seem to back online.... I'm working way too late on a Sunday night trying to catch up on emails. Desiree and I will start contacting those with placed orders in the morning.
