Default MWC long TA trans crossmember

Has anybody ever had an issue getting their crossmember to line up? If the holes on one side are lined up, the ones on the other side are off maybe half an inch F-B. If I try to bolt the stocker back up, it lines up perfectly fine.

I've had no problem with my MWC long TA trans cross-member lining up.
Are all four of the mount holes oblong...?
The left, and right side mount holes should be oblong in different directions.
Post up a couple photo's of the MWC trans X-member if you can.

I'm sure I'm trying to install it right....I mean, there's only one way it goes..

Crossmember, mount bolt, passenger side with driver side bolted in.

Mine lined up just fine. The only think that I could think of is that the x-member you got was for a M6, and you have an A4?

No, it's not a M6 mount. The M6 trans mount has the trans mount and front TA pivot mount on the same side of the rectangular tubing.

Went back and looked at my pictures, you are correct!

If the stock one fits fine, then try to overlay the stock one with the MWC and see if the bolt holes line up or not.

Stuff happens, so contact MCW to see what they say.
