Banned for being blue... Apparently only amber/clear versions are "legal", like the ATE 706202 Original TYP 200 DOT 4

I could see them not allowing blue because someone might mistake a slightly aged blue for the purple of DOT 5 fluid which is a NO-NO to put in DOT 3/4 cars.
