Default Sway Bar End Links

I just got my hands on a 1LE front sway bar. I was wondering if I should update the end links with polyurethane units.

Positives?

Negatives?

Comments?

Criticisms?

Thanks

Sure, I can't see a reason why not to do it. Cheap and easy mod, and stiffins things up a bit, seemed to slightly cut down on roll IMHO when I did them. Plus the polyurethane will last along time - I recently replaced the endlinks on my '89, and after 15 years the rubber bushings were all rotted out, and 3 out of 4 rusted to to point where they snapped.

Absolutely IMO, if you want to get the full advantage of that bar then I would.

Yep, that's what I did... put some poly bushings in the rear too while you're at it. They're so cheap, there's no reason not to.

Poly end links on the front or rear work great. Poly center bushings on the front work great. Poly center busings on the rear bar sound like a squeaky old screen door flapping in the wind! Might want to stick with the black rubber 1LE bushings on the center of the rear bar.

Haven't had that problem with my rear sway bar endlinks... been in for over a year now and no problems so far. My stock endlinks on the other hand, squeaked like a ****.

Thanks for the input. Poly end links have been ordered, and should go in this weekend.
