Rear Brake Caliper Mount-?
I'm trying to get the caliper bracket (part #4 in the link below) to slide off the guide pins and separate from the caliper so I can grease the guides & replace the pads. The caliper bracket should just pull apart from the caliper after removed from the axle right?

Once you get a wrench of the 2 wrench flats (carefully push the seals back so you don't tear them) on the guide pins, remove the 2 bolts that go into the caliper guide pins/ Then just carefully pry up the caliper assembly and pull it off and secure it up out of the way so the brake hose isn't stressed. You can now replace the pads and thread the 2 mount bolts back into the guide pin to make pulling the guide pins out a lot easier. Remove the seals after removing the pins to make cleaning any old, dirty, or hardened grease out of the holes and the seals easier.
FYI, the caliper mount bracket doesn't need to be removed, but removing it will make cleaning out the guide pin hole easier, especially if there's hardened dirty grease stuck in the holes.

^Thanks for the help.
FWIW turns out the bottom guide pin was frozen in the mount. Even in a vice, using heat I couldn't budge the guide pin out of the mount so I ending up just replacing them both.
