driver front wheel shakes when braking

driver front wheel shakes when braking replaced all front end part(including the bushings) except inner tierod took the car for alingment. then i replace driver side brake rotor. i'm stumped this only happens when braking, so any help would be great.
both the steering wheel and the driver side front wheel shake. with the steering wheel it's more like vibration.
i did change the rotor on the driver side front with no changes. did it with old rotor and new also.
i dont feel in the brake pedal at all.( yaya i know why i change the rotor then ) made the most sence at the time now i'm stumped.
