Default It's time..... Want to save some money on Koni's????? Shock Value is back!

You can. Since it's after hours this week and the sale starts Sunday (sorry, but I'm not working on Sunday).... any order I get now is placed next week so we're good to go.

We have very good stock on all the Sport shocks. STR.T's are arriving in low quantities next week, so don't wait to order!!!

The links below will come up for 98-02 Camaro, but are the same parts to fit 93-97's and Firebird's, just trying to keep things cleaner....

That's a steal. Too bad I already blew my car parts budget on a level 2 trans and a rear end. I'll be paying you full price in a few months

Right now I can't do that shipped. I know some do, but then again those folks also aren't typically around to help you with the setup of them either, or have any idea what to do with them, or what a corner is if it smacked them in the face.

A set of 4 shipped runs about $15-25-ish depending on where you live. No sales tax unless you happen to be in PA.

Just when I'd resolved to allocating the rest of the annual "car budget" to track days (instead of parts), this comes along!

I'm going to chew on this for a day or two and try to decide if now's the time to swap the Bilstein's out in favor of Konis.

Note that the sale price on the shocks extends to the kit with the spring and sway bars as well. And we've been on the sale since it started at the beginning of the month.

In fact because of that I have already sold out of STR.T's twice. More will be coming, I'm only out because Koni North America is out.

Yeah, I'm waiting on my koni sa and strano lowering springs in the mail right now. Great deal and Sam is so patient and helpful. Will deal with real people over a soulless corporation any day! Can't wait to get them on my trans am.

ETA is early April... but I stress the "E" part. As soon as Koni has more in, we'll have them to send out. It's kind of waiting on them right now.

Sorry I've been AWOL for a few weeks. Been out of town racing (and winning, top index at the SCCA National in GA two weekend ago), and then teaching 3 days @ the National Corvette Museum track in Bowling Green. Not had a lot of time to get near the computer. But I'm back at work now.

And thank you Sean for the nice words. I'm glad I could help!

yeah some of us still remember the STR.T waiting game from last year, I ended up going with the SLP Bilsteins from WS6store because I didn't wanna wait an unknown amount of time.

Well I can't control Koni.... I also have Bilstein but sometimes things are worth they wait. I could give you the date showing for ETA, but it's just that E... estimated and often enough it's not accurate enough, but folks bank on it and then I get yelled at. I don't like getting yelled at, especially when I can't make them appear out of thin air.

How long is the sale? Unknown. They kind of leave it open and it's ended at various times over the years (just like it's started at different times).

A few questions Sam, if I may - any update on your Koni Str.t inventory? I'm debating between these and Bilsteins.

I currently have Koni 4/3's with your springs but the roads here are too rough for this setup. I know you've said the Str.t's were comparable to Bilsteins but if I'm looking for ride comfort would you still recommend the str.t's? I plan on pairing the shocks with 1 coil cut stock springs - I know you are against cut springs but I want to try it out.

Koni is still out of STR.T's. Some trickle in here and there but not enough to clear pending orders.

I have Bilstein's in stock.

I'd recommend the shocks you have with stock springs and not cutting. If you want a lower than stock height use the lower perch and the isolator mod. Stiffer springs are just that, and if it's ride over bit bumps that sucks it's the springs more than the shocks.

You might notice that we are talking about my springs. That's fine, I ain't gonna lie to you, not even to keep you on my springs and sell you more shocks. I don't think you have a shock issue, I think you simple want less wheel rate and more working travel.
