Default rear drag race suspension mods

Hi all looking for opinions, have a 02 z28 cam only and totally stock suspension ,front sway bar removed and have a bmr trans crossmember but stock torque arm (had to get that torque are off the trans tail shaft it kept breaking the tail shaft housing on the transmission). The car runs 11.60s at 118 mph with a 1.72 60ft, I want to start modifying the suspension for better 60 ft times (car has 4.10 gears and a yank 3600 converter) I am looking for suggestions on what mod I should do first torque arm? lower control arms? rear sway bar ? front and rear drag struts? I would really like track proven mods please.

That is a tough question because all of those parts are designed to work really well together. They help individually, but ultimately work best in combination together. I have a special on a package right now that would probably work well for you and is budget friendly that includes all the key components you need.

The very first thing I'd do is go with the double adjustable/full ride height adjustable Viking front and rear coilovers.

Buy a package deal if you can afford it.

But lower control arms and relocation brackets
Torque arm
I prefer strange shocks to the Vikings that everyone is using now

Adjustable TQ arm and control arms will get you your best start. Do you have subframes?

Probably the single most important place to start would be with shocks and then I would do adjustable lower control arms with relocation brackets and a torque arm. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.

First priorities would be relo brackets, and a good torque arm. Then coilovers and a rear drag bar.

I would agree that if he didn't buy shocks first relocation brackets would be the next choice but he would also need to consider adjustable control arms.
