is this a rear sway bar mount? As i was replacing my brake pads and rotors and painting my brake calipers i noticed this bracket/mount that was in horrible condition. just want to confirm so i can replace it

just ordered new LH and RH brackets. best price i found was $27.50 shipped for the pair. not too bad
