Default Decisions on shocks

I need honest answers on shocks, guys and gals. I'm currently running Hotchkis 1" springs with the factory shocks and want to replace them ASAP. I'm looking towards Bilstein, but will take opinions on anything else that will work for my set up.

Now, which Bilsteins, the SLP units that go for 399.99 or the HDs?

I think HD's are better with Hotchkis springs

how long have your stock shocks lasted with the hotchkis springs. I am getting the springs at the end of the week, and cant afford the shocks yet. Should I just wait?

I've been using the same Bilstein HDs for over 4 years, surrounded by Eibach Pros for a SHORT period of time and then the G2 Super Springs.

80K miles and much of it has been on a road course.

They are probably getting a little tired by now, but they aren't leaking!
