Default T/A relocation, 93-97 vs 98-02

Just curious what the difference is. I assume maybe it's the tranny mount position but Idk.
I'm going to be changing to a short T/A in my 95 and my cousin has a 98. Both are T56 cars. I was just hoping he may be able to use mine with minor modification?

No problem, learned all this crap the hard way when doing an LT to LS swap and the owner didn't want to pony up for the high dollar LS trans mount. I remember welding a small rear extension onto the LT1 crossmember and LT1 trans mount to mate up.
